By ensuring board members understand their roles and receive ongoing training, the organization can operate more effectively and sustain long-term success. The development of a strategic plan will provide a roadmap for achieving its mission and objectives, helping CABHSP navigate future challenges and opportunities. Regular reviews of this plan will ensure adaptability and alignment with evolving needs in workplace health and safety.
